Any items which were broken upon receipt must be reported to us within 7 days of delivery. A replacement or refund will be administered immediately upon our confirmation.
If an item was ordered in error or isn't what you thought it would be, contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will instruct the receiver as to how to return the item. We are happy to exchange it or issue full credit for the item, unless it was shipped free, at which point a $2.00 charge will be assessed upon return. Refund will only be made if item(s) is/are received back by us in perfect condition. Customer will be responsible to pay shipping in both directions.
However, all items in the HL Bargain Aisle section are sold "as-is" and cannot be returned for credit.
