Less than 500 HL103 West Quoddy Lighthouses were made in California. Of those, only the first 183 had pink window sills, the remainder were painted gray. Also unique to California made HL103's are the six panel windows in the upper floor. Canadian and Malaysian made pieces had 8 paneled windows.
